HygieTrack is a manager assistant on a tablet for running your business day to day: team, scheduling and time clock, stock, suppliers, traceability, tasks, HACCP and reports. The kit includes the tablet with the app preinstalled and configured, a quick-start guide and the cable: switch it on and you're ready.
From the order page: choose the quantity, enter your business name and delivery address, then pay in one single payment by card. You'll receive a confirmation email right after payment.
No. The kit is a one-time purchase: updates, data backup and support are included at no extra cost. Extended storage (20 GB instead of 2 GB) is available as an optional extra; its terms are set out in the terms of sale.
Delivery to mainland France only, via tracked Colissimo. Dispatch within 48 business hours of payment, for delivery in 2 to 4 business days. Shipping is included in the price.
Partly. Without internet you can keep logging temperatures, ticking tasks and checklists, clocking in and out, recording stock movements, delivery receptions and corrective actions: everything is kept on the tablet and sent automatically once the connection is back (readings are kept for up to 7 days). PDF reports, product scanning, messaging and notifications need internet.
The kit doesn't impose a user limit. Contact us for multi-site needs or a chain of several locations — we'll tailor the support to your structure.
Yes. Your data remains your property: it is never sold or used for other purposes, and you can request access, correction or deletion at any time. See our privacy policy for full details on data processing.
Yes. The HACCP PDF report is generated in one click for the period of your choice and includes your temperature logs, checklists and alerts, ready to print or email during an inspection.
